Resort Policy

DAILY RATES: $100-$200 Rates are subject to change and unless prepaid at time of reservation will be billed current rate at your time of stay.

MINIMUM STAY (Summer Season): 2 Nights on weekends (Friday - Saturday) and 3 nights on holidays. Single nights (Sunday - Thursday) will be considered no more than 30 days in advance.

RESERVATIONS: We will hold your reservation with a Mastercard, Visa or Discover card by phone or a check for one night's deposit must be received within one week. Sales tax is additional.

CANCELLATIONS: Please remember we are a small inn with limited space and if you need to cancel call us ASAP. Also realize that if you cancel less than 7 days before your reservation we may not be able to rebook, in which case we will bill your credit card. If we rebook, there is no charge. Group reservations of 3 or more rooms require a 30 day cancellation notice.

ARRIVALS: After 2pm before 6pm.

CHECK OUT: No later than 11am. (Late checkout may be arranged subject to room turnover for a prorated fee.)

CHILDREN: Over 3 years of age are welcome.

PETS: No

SMOKING: Not inside any of the buildings.

LOST KEYS: A Fee of $20 will be charged to your account for each key/key chain lost.

DAMAGES: Any damages to the room(s) or facilities will be charged to your account.
